About Us
Black men represent less than 2% of executive level and leadership positions in academic and corporate workplaces.
More than 60% of professional Black men have been accused, investigated, suspended or asked to resign positions.
In public schools, black boys represent approximately 70% of discipline referrals, suspensions and Special Education referrals.
In public schools, black boys represent less than 2% of students taking advanced coursework.
