We are dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of Black men in their personal and professional lives. Our goal is to support professional Black men for the sole purpose of
"building bridges, reaching back, and lifting as we climb...TOGETHER!"

About Us

Black men represent less than 2% of executive level and leadership positions in academic and corporate workplaces.

More than 60% of professional Black men have been accused, investigated, suspended or asked to resign positions.

In public schools, black boys represent approximately 70% of discipline referrals, suspensions and Special Education referrals.

In public schools, black boys represent less than 2% of students taking advanced coursework.
